1. Our position, stated plainly

Valoria Ventures LLC dba Service Leopard does not sell your personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”). We do not exchange personal information for money, and we do not hand it to advertising networks to profile you across other companies’ websites.

We are publishing this notice anyway, because the right to opt out exists whether or not we exercise the practice, and because we want the position on the record.

2. Who this applies to

This notice is written for California residents. If you live elsewhere, you may have similar rights under your own law — see our Privacy Policy, and contact us either way. We will not refuse a request simply because of where you live.

3. What we collect and why

The categories of personal information we handle, the purposes we handle them for, and the parties we disclose them to are set out in full in our Privacy Policy. In summary, we collect identifiers and contact details, commercial information relating to your subscription, and internet activity such as pages viewed — in order to provide, support and secure the platform, to bill for it, and to answer you when you get in touch.

We disclose personal information to service providers — hosting, payment processing, communications and support tools — under contracts that permit them to use it only to perform services for us. Under the CCPA these are “business purpose” disclosures, not sales.

4. Your rights

  • Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
  • Right to know what personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
  • Right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Right to correct personal information you believe is inaccurate.
  • Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
  • Right against retaliation. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service because you exercised a right.

5. How to make a request

Email [LEGAL / PRIVACY EMAIL] with the subject line “Privacy Request” and tell us which right you want to exercise. You may also write to us at the address in section 8, or call [BUSINESS PHONE NUMBER].

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days, extending once by a further 45 days where the request is complex — and we will tell you if we need that extension.

6. Verifying your request

To protect you, we need to be reasonably sure that you are who you say you are before we act. We will normally verify by matching the details in your request against the account information we already hold. We will not ask for more information than we need, and we will not use anything you send for verification for any other purpose.

7. Authorised agents and opt-out signals

You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask for written proof of their authority and may still ask you to verify your own identity directly.

We honour recognised opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, that your browser sends. Because we do not sell or share personal information, such a signal makes no change to our handling — but it will be respected if that ever changes.
