Draft — review with legal counsel before launch

This is a reasonable starting document for a software-as-a-service business. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, it is not legal advice, and it must be checked against the laws that apply to Valoria Ventures LLC before it is published as binding.

Cookie Policy

What cookies and similar technologies Service Leopard uses, what they are for, and how you control them.

Effective date:

1. What this policy covers

This policy explains how Valoria Ventures LLC dba Service Leopard uses cookies and similar technologies on our public marketing website at serviceleopard.com and, where noted, inside the Service Leopard platform. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

2. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. Cookies can be “session” cookies, which disappear when you close your browser, or “persistent” cookies, which stay until they expire or you delete them. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and tags, which serve comparable purposes.

3. What this website sets today

This marketing website currently sets no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. It is a set of static pages. We do not run advertising pixels, we do not use third-party analytics on it, and we do not build advertising profiles from your visit.

The only data your browser sends when you load a page is the ordinary request information any web server receives — such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested — which our hosting provider processes to serve the site and to protect it from abuse.

If you submit the demo request form, the information you type is sent to us so we can reply. That is described in our Privacy Policy. It does not involve advertising cookies.

4. Cookies inside the Service Leopard platform

The Service Leopard application — as distinct from this marketing website — uses cookies that are strictly necessary to operate it, for example to keep you signed in, to keep your session secure and to remember interface preferences. Without these the product cannot function.

5. If this changes

If we later add analytics, advertising or other non-essential cookies, we will update this page before doing so, list each cookie and its purpose, and — where the law requires it — ask for your consent first through a cookie banner.

[PLACEHOLDER: IF YOU ADD ANALYTICS OR ADVERTISING TOOLS LATER, LIST EACH COOKIE, ITS PROVIDER, PURPOSE AND LIFESPAN HERE, AND CONFIRM WITH COUNSEL WHETHER A CONSENT BANNER IS REQUIRED IN THE REGIONS YOU SERVE.]

6. Controlling cookies

You can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Every major browser lets you see which cookies are stored, remove them, and refuse new ones. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop parts of the Service Leopard platform from working.

Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because this site sets no tracking cookies, there is nothing for that signal to disable here. Separately, we honour recognised opt-out preference signals as described in our Do Not Sell or Share notice.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and the product change. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
